Cascada Boutique Hotel

The hotel was faultless with practical rooms and I liked polite staff. There was a great bar and savoury food at the attached restaurant.

We liked the stuff and drinks in this hotel. The room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini bar fridge.

Location and staff were excellent, but most important - the hotel was reasonably clean. The breakfast had plenty of options, breads, cereals and cheese. The room met all requests, well-appointed with the smallest bed.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, appetising food, good views. Everything was great, even so a few employees were poor.

The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are excellent, the location is handy short walk to the city center and the train station and the train tracks.

Buffet breakfast had plenty of options, like fresh bread, cereal and cheese.

The place was efficient, clean, had superb location and staff. We really enjoyed sitting in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Fine, fine rooms and easy location. Everyone who worked there was committed. The room had terrace, microwave and large windows plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

I loved staff and location, good value. Super beds and terrace, complimentary Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Smooth check-in, fast check-out. A beautiful beach, exceptional view.

The location was historic, near Stiftung Rosengart.

Pleasant features, excellent friendly staff, fancy rooms. Big size suite and amazing bed. Fresh bread, eggs, pastries, jam and milk for breakfast were amazing. Fab location, just walking distance from rathaus.

Good value, taking into account other Lucerne's options. I truly enjoyed the hotel, it's truly stunning, it has funny staff and beautiful location. The staff created a family atmosphere. The bed was very comfy & room was non-smoking. A short walk to the good beach.

Everything was just perfect as always. Really pleasant hotel with very thoughtful staff and a charming restaurant. Having different free soft drinks in the juice bar was a very nice touch.

Clean enough, the staff was so pleasant, lovely food. The room was bright and practical. They made my stay excellent. Perfectly comfortable location, within walking distance of the rosengart collection.

Best base for a 4-night stay. Staff were professional & breakfast was very good! Lake Lucerne is next to the hotel. The bed was spacious, we liked it and slept well.

A train station was adjacent to the hotel. Our favorite venue in Lucerne, staff was friendly. Bolero Restaurante was 10 mins walk away. We liked the fact that we chose cascada boutique.
